At BTB Los Angeles, we want you to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn and unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags and packaging are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original BTB Los Angeles dust bags or boxes and include the printed packing slip inside the parcel.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
